Stolen Mystery Machine Crashes Into Home

A stolen ‘Scooby-Doo’ Mystery Machine crashed into a St. Paul, MN home early Friday morning.

The van belonged to a Guy Frechette, who was awakened by the police at about 3 AM Friday. He told the Pioneer Press, “When the police knock on your door that early in the morning, it can never be good news. But no one died, and it’s just a van when it comes down to it. We paint it, we have fun with it.”

Frechette said this was the 3rd Mystery Machine that his family has owned. He says they did not even realize the van had been stolen until the police notified them of the crash.
