Kate O'Mara, Former Doctor Who Actress Dead At 74

Kate O’Mara who played a Time Lord called The Rani on two episodes of Doctor Who in the 1980’s has passed away at the age of 74.

The episodes she appeared in were ‘The Mark Of The Rani’ (with Colin Baker), and “Time And The Rani” (with Sylvester McCoy).

She is best known to the general public for her work in the prime time soap opera Dynasty as Joan Collins’ (Alexis Colby) on screen sister Cassandra “Caress” Morrell.

The actress was said to have been suffering from a recent illness when she passed away.
