Days Of Dead Indianapolis: Shawn Michaels, Marty Jannetty, William Zabka & More

On June 24-26 The DAYS OF THE DEAD Horror Convention brings it’s own brand of Horror, pro wrestling, and pop culture back to INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA for it’s 6th year in a row!

Taking place for 3 days at the Wyndham Indianapolis West, located at 2544 Executive Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46241.

Known for it’s great party atmosphere, DAYS OF THE DEAD is the place to meet all of your favorite stars, from iconic actors and actresses from Hollywood blockbusters to cult classics. Rock stars and pro wrestling icons will converge on the Hoosier state. Tickets and special hotel rates are available exclusively at!

This years guests are kicking off proper, with pro wrestling icons, The Rockers themselves, “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty!

Shawn Michaels needs no introduction, but for those not in the know, Michaels came into fame as a member of the famous 80’s and 90’s tag team, The Rockers, The First WWE Grand Slam Champion, founding member of D-Generation X, and WWE Hall of Famer. The #1 man on many lists of Greatest of All Time joins his former tag partner and former AWA and WWE Tag Team Champion, and former WWE Intercontinental Champion, Marty Jannetty for this very rare Midwest appearance!

“Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels will be appearing on SATURDAY ONLY, with special PRE-SALE ONLY autograph and professional photo op tickets ALREADY ON SALE, at Marty Jannetty will be appearing ALL THREE DAYS!

Many guests are still to be announced, but the other stars scheduled to appear are as follows:

Karate Kid stars, and Cobra Kai members Martin Kove and William Zabka. Martin Kove has also appeared in classic films such as Rambo: First Blood Part II, Wyatt Earp, and cult classic Death Race 2000. William Zabka has been a part of many classic 80’s films European Vacation, Back to School, and Just one of the Guys!

Joining the Karate Kid Alum is 2 men to portray one of horror’s most iconic supernatural killers, Michael Myers! Tyler Mane started his career wrestling for WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING under the personas Nitron and Big Sky. After breaking in Hollywood, Mane went on to play Sabretooth in X-Men. After X-Men, the 6’8″ monster went on to make appearances in Joe Dirt, Scorpion King, Troy, The Devil’s Rejects, and of course playing the adult Michael Myers in Rob Zombie’s 2007 Halloween Reboot and it’s following sequel, Halloween II. You can’t have adult Michael Myers without young Michael, so joining Mane with be his 2007 counterpart, Daeg Faerch. Daeg played young Michael Myers in Rob Zob Zombie’s Halloween, but has also appeared in the Will Smith super hero vehicle, Hancock.

Days of the Dead is also excited to announce a ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity as horror legend Bill Mosely will be donning his House of 1000 Corpses costume for a very special professional photo op. Moesely is best known as Otis Driftwood, a member of the infamous Firefly family from Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 Corpses and it’s follow up sequel, The Devil’s Rejects. Moesely is also well remembered for his role as Chop Top in Tobe Hooper’s 1986 Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. Along with Bill and his very limited professional photo opportunity, his Firefly kin, Sid Haig will also be in the house! One of the hardest working men in the industry, Haig is known for his role as Captain Spaulding in the aforementioned films. Haig not only known for his killer clown persona, has appeared in several classic films like Quentin Taratino’s Jackie Brown and Kill Bill Vol.2.

Napoleon Dynamite fans will be pleased to hear the Napoleon himself, Jon Heder will be joining us for the weekend. Outside of his breakout role as the awkward teen, Heder has appeared alongside Will Ferrell in Blades of Glory, and joined forces with Adam Sandler in the lovable losers comedy, The Benchwarmers. Jon has also lent his voice to many animated films including the animated hit, Surf’s Up.

Rounding out the first announcements for guest stars in Indianapolis is none other than former front man for the bands Pantera, Down, and Superjoint Ritual… Phil Anselmo! Anselmo is the iconic voice of everything that is 90’s metal!

This is just the first round a guest announcements, and there will be MANY MORE to come in the upcoming days, weeks, and months!
