It was announced yesterday that former WWE superstar Cody Rhodes (Star Dust) would be making a guest appearance on the next season of the popular CW tv series Arrow. CW’s Arrow, Stephen Amell mad the announcement live at the Heroes & Villains fan fest in New Jersey.
