“6:05 On The Superstation!” Documentary Film Announced

A new documentary looking back at pro wrestling on the Superstation (WTBS) has been announced:

“We’re excited to announce Hall-of-Fame announcer Jim Ross’ first film project, “6:05 On The SuperStation!”, and we hope you’ll consider helping us fan-fund this very special documentary!

Good Ol’ J.R. has joined with us, the producers of Mid-Atlantic Memories, and together we hope to present a similar feel-good film about a 20-year period in time — late 1960s to late 1980s — when folks down south were glued to their TV sets at 6:05 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

“6:05 On The SuperStation!” will feature many of the wrestling personalities and fans that were a part of some of the most-watched wrestling programming anywhere!

“6:05 On The SuperStation!” will be the first film produced by Ross, who said on this week’s Ross Report podcast “We’re gonna make a hell of a movie! If you think you can help us, please do what you can to help us make this film.”

The producers have posted many donation levels with various perks and incentives for each level, you can click here for more info.
